Chris called → Barbara set a 10-minute call with Mariusz → we asked for photos → Chris sent ~10 photos in ~2 hours → we measured from satellite → we emailed a detailed quote ~3 hours later.

We walked the property with Chris to confirm the plan, talk through protection for landscaping/holiday lights, agree on work hours, delivery locations, dumpster placement (if any), and how we'd communicate daily updates.
Start removal of OMNI and add proper framing/backer.
