A resident of Lake Zurich, IL, contacted our construction company on September 9, 2021 in need of exterior composite trim, gutter replacement, siding replacement, and insulation. Customer had noticed leaks around a few windows, cold walls, and that his siding was old and not attractive.
Our team visited the property and assessed the condition of the windows, walls, gutters, and siding. We found that the current windows were not properly insulated and flashed, causing leaks and drafts.
The walls were also not insulated properly, causing cold spots and poor energy efficiency. The gutters were clogged and not functioning properly. The siding was old and faded, making the house look unappealing.
