"The aluminum cladding below our gutters was coming loose (old rusted staples were backing out), and one section let the soffit droop down with birds making a nest inside it. Called Holda and the owner immediately answered. He was very friendly and helpful. I texted pictures of the problems, and within a few days, his team put in new nails around the entire house, carefully removed the birds’ nest (confirming it was empty), and fixed the drooping soffit. A storm hit a few days later, and when I reported a small issue with a nail, the team immediately returned to fix it. For one nail! That’s service! Thanks Holda and team!"

Immediate Response
Upon receiving the client’s call and photos of the damage, we scheduled the repair within a few days. We recognized the urgency of the situation and prioritized the repair, ensuring the soffit and fascia were secure before the next storm.
Use of Existing Materials
To maintain a consistent appearance and minimize costs for the client, we used the existing aluminum soffit and fascia materials, making strategic repairs that blended perfectly with the undamaged sections. We gently removed and slid the aluminum panels back into place, securing the soffit and nailing it down without damaging the surrounding structure.
Inspection and Proactive Maintenance
During the repair, our team inspected the entire perimeter of the house and identified another area with a similar soffit issue. By addressing this proactively, we prevented further damage that could have required a complete soffit replacement in the future.
Increased Risk of Water Damage: Without proper soffit and fascia, water can infiltrate the structure, causing rot, mold, and expensive repairs.
Animal Infestation: Birds and other small animals could continue to build nests in these gaps, worsening the damage and potentially leading to greater infestations.
Structural Damage: Over time, these small issues can escalate, leading to the entire soffit detaching, requiring more costly and invasive patch repairs that may not match the original look.
Carefully removed the bird’s nest and confirmed it was empty before proceeding with repairs.
Secured the soffit and fascia using new nails, replacing the rusted staples that had caused the initial detachment.
Inspected the entire house and addressed a second area of concern, preventing a future issue.
